All The Old Buildings
Ongoing survey of every building listed on the National Historic Registry in New York City. Owners of these buildings receive tax breaks and other incentives to prevent their demolition. This study asks what is the return on investment the public receives for providing these incentives? What is the experience of preservation on the street?
Museum of Capitalism
