Ludwig and Larsen
Studio manager at Ludwig and Larsen for over seven years. In that time the studio grew from a two person crew to a 10 person team. We fabricated, engineered, and prototyped hundreds of custom light fixtures and built out a supply chain to fulfill more than 10 built-to-spec orders daily for white label clients.

Ongoing survey of every building listed on the National Historic Registry in New York City. Owners of these buildings receive tax breaks and other incentives to prevent their demolition. This study asks what is the return on investment the public receives for providing these incentives? What is the experience of preservation on the street?
